A great opportunity for community choirs across the country to come together, celebrate their love of singing, and receive helpful advice from an expert panel of adjudicators on how to enhance their performance.
Our inaugural Community Choir Showcase was held in March 2016 and proved to be a massive success – it was heavily oversubscribed, and sadly we had to restrict numbers for safety reasons.
As a result, we’ve arranged two Showcases for 2017; one in the Midlands on 1 April (which was fully booked) and a second in London on 21 October.
Each participating choir will have a 10-minute slot during the day to perform their chosen programme to all other choirs present; they’ll also receive friendly, constructive adjudication, pick up repertoire and performance ideas, join in a massed sing and generally have fun networking with like-minded people.
The cost for each participant is £15 for the whole day, including refreshments (lunch not included), with a £50 non-returnable deposit payable on booking a place for your choir. This deposit can be settled by invoice, or you can choose to pay via our online shop (link shown in the online application form).
