JUST CONFIRMED: our first Showcase event for 2019, in a brand new location – The Great Hall at the University of Reading’s London Road campus. A brilliant day out for open-access community choirs to share their love of singing with like-minded groups! Registrations now being accepted.
Non-auditioned choirs from all over the UK are invited to take part in our first Showcase for 2019. Provisional timings for the day: 10.00am to 5.00pm (to be confirmed).
Each participating choir will have a 10-minute slot during the day to perform their chosen programme to all other choirs present; they’ll also receive friendly, constructive advice on how to enhance their performance from an expert panel of adjudicators, pick up repertoire and performance ideas, join in a massed sing and generally have fun networking with like-minded people.
The cost for each participant is £15 for the whole day, including refreshments (lunch not included), with a £50 non-returnable deposit payable on booking a place for your choir. This deposit can be settled by invoice, or you can choose to pay via our online shop, where the item can be found in our Other Events category.
