A long weekend (Thursday to Sunday) in Athens for singers and orchestral players rehearsing and performing Handel's 'Messiah'.
Content
A varied programme of choral and orchestral rehearsals and leisure time form the basis of this popular event. A full scale concert and dedicated sightseeing day help to make it even more enjoyable and memorable.
The trip is again being organised in partnership with the John Lewis Partnership Music Society, and members of its orchestra, The Cavendish Ensemble, will be joining us whilst welcoming other guest players to its ranks.
Includes airport transfers at specific times. Flight costs not included.

Applications must be received by 1 May 2009. It is likely that the trip will be oversubscribed and that a ballot will need to be held, taking into account balance of voices and instruments. Please do not book your flight until your place on the trip has been confirmed.
